Artwork Requirements

For the best printing results, submit high-resolution or vector artwork whenever possible.

Please make sure:

• Important logos, text, and design elements remain within the safe print area
• Fonts are converted to outlines when possible
• Images are high resolution
• Artwork is submitted at the correct size and orientation
• Bleed is included when required

Instant Online Proof

An instant online proof will be available for you to review and approve during the ordering process.

If you select this option, you are responsible for carefully reviewing your artwork, spelling, layout, size, orientation, and other file details before approving the order.

Once the instant proof is approved, XtradePrint will not provide an additional proof unless otherwise requested.

Manually Processed PDF Proof

Our prepress team will review your submitted files to confirm they meet the basic specifications required for production.

If we identify a problem with your artwork, we will contact you before proceeding. If your files are production-ready, you will receive a link to your PDF proof for review and approval within 1 business day.
