XtradePrint provides professionally printed dye sublimation transfer paper only, ready for brokers, resellers, print shops, decorators, and trade customers to heat press onto compatible polyester garments and sublimation-ready blanks.

This product includes printed sublimation transfer paper only. Garments, blanks, and heat-press application are not included.

Dye sublimation works by transferring the printed ink into compatible polyester fibers or specially coated sublimation surfaces using heat and pressure. The result is a smooth, permanent image that will not crack, peel, or add a heavy layer to the finished product.

Material Compatibility

For the brightest and most accurate results, use white or very light-colored polyester materials.

Sublimation ink is transparent and does not contain white ink, so the color of the garment or substrate will affect the final appearance.

Higher polyester content produces stronger and more vibrant colors.

Polyester/cotton blends may produce a lighter or intentionally faded appearance depending on the polyester percentage.

Standard sublimation transfers are not recommended for untreated 100% cotton or dark-colored garments.

Application Guidelines

Heat-press settings vary depending on the material, coating, equipment, and manufacturer of the blank being used.

Typical polyester apparel settings are approximately:

• Temperature: 375°F–400°F
• Time: Approximately 30–60 seconds
• Pressure: Medium
• Peel: Hot or as recommended for the substrate

Always follow the pressing instructions provided by the manufacturer of the garment or sublimation blank. We recommend performing a test press before beginning a full production run.

Application Tips

• Use protective kraft or butcher paper above and below the transfer.
• Use heat-resistant tape when needed to prevent movement.
• Make sure the substrate is clean and dry.
• Pre-press garments when necessary to remove moisture and wrinkles.
• Use a heat press capable of maintaining consistent temperature and pressure.

Same-Day Production

• Orders must be submitted, paid, and have print-ready artwork approved by 12:00 PM to qualify for same-day production.
• Orders received or approved after 12:00 PM are not guaranteed for same-day completion and will be moved to next-business-day priority production.
• Same-day availability may also depend on order size, material availability, artwork approval, and current production capacity.

Maximum File Upload Size: 75 MB

For best results, submit artwork at the final printing size whenever possible. Colors displayed on monitors may vary from the final sublimated result due to differences in screen color, sublimation ink, polyester content, substrate color, coating, heat, pressure, and pressing conditions.

Manually Processed PDF Proof

PDF proofs are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Our prepress team will review submitted artwork for basic production requirements. If an issue is found, we will contact you. Otherwise, a proof link will be provided for review and approval.

Production begins after proof approval.
