• Use 100% black (C0 M0 Y0 K100) to indicate foil areas; white = no foil.
• No shadows, gradients, glows, or grayscale.
• Avoid knockouts (foil may shift up to 1/16”).
• Font sizes: at least 10pt (12pt recommended for bold/thick fonts).
• Foil coverage: should not exceed 30% of artwork; up to 50% allowed only for patterns, thin strokes, or small shapes.
• Recommended max foil area: 1” x 1”.
